Like the Brembo calipers used in MotoGP, the design of the GP4-MS focused on topological optimisation. It is carved from a single block of aluminium monoblock for better resistance to high temperatures and superior performance compared to cast components. The GP4-MS also shares a nickel surface finish with racing calipers, but uses a double gasket (one inside the piston and a second as a dust boot). This dispenses with the obligation to undergo periodic overhauls that are characteristic of track calipers.
Finned Design for Maximum System Stiffness
The ribbed front section surrounds four aluminum pistons, ensuring maximum system stiffness and delivering a strong sense of safety and reliability to the rider.
Billet Construction for Extreme Performance Durability
The GP4-MS combines machining from solid aluminum billet with monobloc technology, enabling the use of materials with improved mechanical characteristics and greater resistance in extreme operation, enhancing performance without compromising durability.
